Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This policy covers The Binder family of apps — Home 360, Pet, Auto, Documents, Next Chapter, Chores4Us, Kids' Activities, Meals4Us, Trading Cards, I'm Dead What's Next?, The Playbook, and Oh, There It Is! — and the Android app that links out to them.
Accounts
Most Binder apps require a free account to save your data across visits and devices. Creating an account collects your email address and a password (stored securely, never in plain text). If you forget your password, you can ask for a reset link: we email it to the address on the account, it works once and for one hour, and we keep only a scrambled copy of it until it is used or expires. Some apps (like Oh, There It Is! and I'm Dead What's Next?) can be used without an account, with data kept only on your device.
What each app stores
Once signed in, each app stores the information you enter for that app's purpose — for example, home inventory and warranties (Home 360), pet vaccine and vet records (Pet), vehicle service history (Auto), scanned documents (Documents), the belongings, rooms, photos and moving plans you list (Next Chapter), chore lists (Chores4Us), kids' schedules (Kids' Activities), meal plans (Meals4Us), your card collection (Trading Cards), and end-of-life planning details (I'm Dead What's Next?), and the goals, plans and photos you add (The Playbook). This data is stored on our servers, tied to your account, so it's not shared between apps or with other users.
Payments
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that under its own privacy policy. We keep a record of your subscription status (active, trial, canceled) so the right app features are unlocked.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone
- We don't show ads inside the apps or share what you save in them with ad networks
- We don't use your photos, documents, or notes to train AI models
Website measurement
Some of our own web pages (for example The Binder home page and the Trading Cards page) load Google's advertising measurement tag, which counts visits and sign-ups that came from our ads. Nothing you enter in an app is included, and blocking advertising cookies stops it. The Meals4Us site does not use it.
Deleting your data
In every Binder app you can delete your account and everything saved with it yourself: tap Delete my account in the app's account area, or use our account deletion page (choose your app, then sign in). Any subscription for that app is cancelled first. Each app has its own account, so delete each one you want gone. If you share a Binder with other people and they are still using it, it stays with them and you simply leave it. Photos and files you stored with us are removed from our storage as part of the deletion. If you can't sign in, email thebinderapps@gmail.com and we will delete your account.
Children
The Binder apps are intended for adults managing their household. Kids' Activities is used by a parent or guardian to track a child's schedule — it is not directed at or intended for use by children themselves.
Changes
If how we collect or use data changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and note the new date at the top.
